A triathalon organised by Norman and Annie Stanier in honour of their friend Mareka, a blind walker.

First a canoe down the Wye from Hereford rowing club to a campsite. The river was high and rising, with a lot of debrise so it was a fast and rather scary trip.

Then some of us set out on bikes to cycle over Woolhope Dome. Chris went but had to walk up some hills.

The next day, a large party set out from Dragon House towards Hereford to complete the triathlon triangle. Seemed a challenging distance for us but it was fine
