<div> <div>The source of this walk was an article in the Bath Chronicle by <a href="http://nigelvilewalks.weebly.com">Nigel Vile</a>. The map of our track shows times and speed in mph at 5 minute intervals.</div> <div>The walk took us from Corston , past Stantonbury hill and its <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stantonbury_Camp">hill fort</a> to Stanton Prior, passing the church of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Church_of_St_Lawrence,_Stanton_Prior">St. Lawrence</a>. From there down into <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton_Park">Newton Park</a> and the fishing lakes back to Corston. Lunch in the Globe</div> <div> Weather overcast, temp around zero, lots of ice on puddles, flakes of snow. </div> </div>
